Our Story

Hi everyone! Our names are Mark and Rosy. We are passionate travelers and adventure seekers! We have been traveling together for about five years now and we love learning about different cultures around the world. We travel as much as possible during the year and hope to one day travel full-time.

Rosy is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico and Mark is from the Bay Area, California. We met in college and soon found that we both shared a passion for traveling. Since then, we’ve decided to travel at any opportunity we have and we’re loving it! Another passion of ours is food! We enjoy trying out different types of food from all over the world and we’re not afraid to try strange things! From trying balut or duck embryo in the Philippines to crocodile in South Africa, there is never a dull meal on our travels. We also enjoy meeting people everywhere we travel, and we believe that talking to the locals is a great way to immerse yourself into a culture. We love sharing our experiences and stories on our travels and we hope we can inspire you to explore our beautiful planet!

 

We created this blog to share fun stories, photos, videos, travel tips, and budgeting ideas. Since we started traveling while in college, we had to find creative ways to travel on a budget. People often ask how we can manage to travel so often and we are always happy to share travel tips and resources we use, which we are glad to share here as well. If we aren’t traveling internationally, we are occasionally found experiencing various eateries and tourist attractions around the US and where we reside at.
